Produce commercial analysis around sites, costs, margins and different profit-share arrangements. Review contracts and ensure partner and landlord share structures are accurately reflected. Lead the financial audit alongside the Finance Director and support VAT, statutory accounts and corporation tax requirements. Apply UK GAAP / IFRS, including IFRS 16 and lease accounting. Work closely with and develop the Revenue and Cost Accountants, with longer-term line management responsibility. Business partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations, providing clear financial insight to support decision-making. The Person We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You will ideally have: Experience within the Media, Agency or a similar contractual/project-based industry. Strong understanding of P&L and balance sheet accounting. Experience of multi-currency entities reporting into an international Group structure. Strong knowledge of revenue recognition, WIP, fixed assets, depreciation and IFRS 16. Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and financial models. Good FP&A and forecasting experience. The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. A hands-on, pragmatic approach and the flexibility to operate in a growing SME environment. Strong systems capability, with experience of working across multiple finance systems or supporting system implementation. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar cloud-based finance system experience would be advantageous and AI Tools.
