Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business Coordinating property valuations and listings Winning market share Obtaining a strong average fee Effectively marketing properties to Buyers Taking offers and agreeing deals within a process Matching prospective Tenants and buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly Maintaining regular contact buyers, vendors clients other relevant parties to legal move in and completion Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process Guiding buyers, vendors through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis excellent administration ability and use of agency software systems Managing the office in the absence of the Manager The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way Enjoy working in a team environment A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually Experience would be an advantage but not essential Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment This Assistant Sales Manager / Lister position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects. Local experience is not essential.
