We are looking for someone with previous experience within extrusion, plastics, polymers or a similar manufacturing environment who is confident operating machinery and maintaining high standards of quality and production. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate and monitor extrusion machinery . Ensure production lines run safely and efficiently. Monitor machine settings, temperatures, speeds and production output. Carry out regular quality checks on finished products. Identify and report defects or production issues. Make basic machine adjustments where required. Complete production paperwork and accurately record manufacturing data. Assist with machine changeovers and line set-ups. Work towards production targets while maintaining quality standards. Follow all Health & Safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organised production area. Work closely with engineering and production teams to minimise downtime. What We're Looking For Previous extrusion operating experience is highly desirable. Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment. Confident operating and monitoring industrial machinery. Good understanding of quality control procedures. Strong attention to detail. Good problem-solving skills. Reliable with a strong work ethic.
