Job Summary Position title: Shift Manager Reports to: Store Manager As a Shift Manager at Joe & the Juice, you will play a vital role in supervising the daily operations of your assigned shift. Your main responsibility is to maintain operational excellence by observing, delegating, and executing daily concept workflow (DCWF), and thus deliver a high degree of guest satisfaction, leading to financial performance.
