We believe that there is nothing in life more exciting than a really good plate of pasta. From the beginning we've tried to be faithful to the beautiful things we've discovered in Italian cooking and to produce the kind of pasta that Italians serve and eat at home, with the people they love. This food is simple, but sublime - one pasta per pan, each tossed for enough time to come together perfectly with no shortcuts. London • Up to £14 per hour depending on experience. (inclusive of Tronc) • Full time Padella was London's pioneering fresh pasta concept when it opened in Borough Market in 2016, focusing on high quality, seasonal recipes and techniques developed at Tim & Jordan's first restaurant, Trullo, and at St John, the River Cafe and Moro, where they trained. We're still leading the field in our love for traditional Italian pasta; the kind you eat in people's homes and in the best trattorias in Italy, while using a combination of the best quality and high welfare italian and British seasonal ingredients. We believe in unearthing and developing the most talented Front of House professionals in a friendly and supportive environment that prizes product knowledge and staff welfare above everything else. Intermediate and Advanced level WSET Training is included for Bartenders. Referral Bonus: Earn £500 for referring a friend who passes probation. Early Wage Access: Access up to 50% discount of your earnings before Payday with Wagestream. Delicious Daily Meals: Our staff breakfast and lunch are legendary, and a great time for the team to relax together. Staff Discount: Enjoy a 50% discount at Padella and 60% at Trullo with up to 4 people. Staff Parties: Regular staff parties at some great London locations. Professional Development: WSET Training as standard for GMs, as well as advanced coffee training and regular supplier trips in the UK and Italy Training & Growth: dive into Padella's rich training program to expand your culinary prowess and elevate your career. New Bikes: Join our Cycle to Work scheme and we'll help you finance buying your new bike in the government's tax efficient scheme.

Act in accordance with fire safety instructions and promote a safe working environment. Attend and stay updated on mandatory training and legislative changes. Staffing and Team Development: Assess staffing needs and develop plans for future growth. Coach, train, and nurture both management and hourly employees. Elevate team performance, morale, productivity, and enthusiasm. What are we looking for? Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury dining room/property. Someone who is not afraid of a quiet service, where focus and commitment must still be maintained. Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and champagne. Strong French wine knowledge with an ability to treat our wines with care, but not fuss. Someone who feels at home on the dining room floor-personable, gracious, and always guest-first.
