You will be responsible for managing Castell Salvo trailer locking systems -a life-saving technology designed to prevent "pull-away" accidents. Status Reporting: Check and record trailer statuses (empty, loaded, or in-progress) to ensure the transport office has accurate data. Candidate Requirements High Physical Stamina: This role is highly active and requires walking the yard for the duration of the 10-hour shift in all weather conditions. Safety-First Mindset: You must have a disciplined approach to safety protocols, understanding that your role directly prevents workplace fatalities and injuries. Clear Communication: Ability to relay accurate information over radio frequencies in a fast-paced environment. Reliability: A consistent 06:00 start is mandatory to ensure the yard is audited before the main daily operations begin. Benefits Competitive Hourly Rate: £13.85 per hour.
