Due to continued growth they are looking for someone with experience in the woodworking industry looking to step into a leadership position. In this role you will be based within the wood-workshop, managing and supervising a team of approximately 10 members to ensure the day to day runs smoothly and production is completed on time and to a high quality. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the woodworking industry, such as in joinery or carpentry. Training will be given to become a Production Manager though any previous leadership experience is also highly beneficial. We are working with a well established joinery / fitout contractor who have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Workshop Manager. The role will involve managing a team of 8 joiners / CNC machinists in their busy workshop to produce joinery of a particularly high standard.
