TRS Vehicle Centre have an opportunity for a Time Served Skilled and Experienced Qualified Master Vehicle Diagnostic Technician to join our team. You will join our established team of talented vehicle technicians and be responsible for Diagnostic, Maintenance, Servicing and Repair Work of motor vehicles for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting our team of technicians whilst offering your experience and skills to them. Our workshop at Stanton by Dale is a fast paced and dynamic environment where we cater to all brands and all types of vehicles. About you You must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a minimum formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification). Ideally, you will also hold your MOT Testing Licence. You will have experience working as a Master Technician and advising other Vehicle Technicians. You must be skilled in all areas of vehicle repairs and have experience to demonstrate your capability. The Job You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating leads, and building long term customer relationships. Daily tasks include presenting and demonstrating the Mercedes Benz range of commercial vehicles, negotiating sales, and processing transactions. The role also involves liaising with after sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction and conducting follow ups to capture feedback and address any concerns.
