Build practical dashboards and reporting that support confident, day-to-day decision-making. Customer Success & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor on project accounting, subcontractor management, procurement, valuations and contract administration. Translate real-world construction needs into robust system designs and simple, usable workflows. Measure outcomes (adoption, cycle times, reporting accuracy) and iterate to deliver lasting results. Technical Oversight (no prior Intacct required) Guide configuration across core areas (projects/job costing, contracts, purchasing, AP/AR, time & expenses, cash management). Oversee data migration (job histories, subcontractors, suppliers, valuations, retentions, contracts) with a focus on integrity and reconciliation. Coordinate integrations with common UK construction tools (e.g., Procore, Autodesk/Build, Eque2, COINS-adjacent, field time-tracking, AP automation). Be hands-on when needed-carry out configuration and data migration tasks to unblock the team and keep delivery moving. Training provided on Sage Intacct Construction and support certification once onboard. People Leadership, Practice & Community Direct line management for junior consultants (typically 1-3): run regular 1:1s, set objectives, coach on delivery, complete performance reviews, and support wellbeing. Mentor across the wider team and contribute to playbooks, templates and training. Conduct value-led demos and discovery; shape statements of work and estimates; contribute to presales and marketing content. Present at customer forums and collaborate with partners. Essential Experience Knowledge of UK construction accounting and commercial processes (CIS, valuations, applications for payment, retentions, variations, WIP, subcontractor management). Strong change management skills: stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training and adoption. Confident project management: scoped delivery, budgeting, RAID, and clear status reporting across multiple projects. Ability to turn operational needs into clear, usable system designs and reports. Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills; comfortable with executives and site teams alike. Collaborative mindset with a passion for customer success and measurable outcomes. Nice to have Experience line-managing junior consultants or coaching/mentoring with readiness to hold direct reports. Proven experience implementing construction-related software (ERP/finance, project controls, cost management, or field/project management).
