If you can answer yes to the above, this is a role for you! Our client is looking for a driven Senior Marketing Executive who wants to get hands-on and really get stuck into this brilliant company's digital revamp. Your Role as a Senior Marketing Executive: A hands-on role in a small marketing team, where most of the marketing output is produced in-house rather than via agency. Responsible for producing content and materials: web content, sales and customer collateral, case studies, web news stories, customer newsletters, factsheets and product release notes for direct and channel sales. Responsible for keeping product manuals, FAQs and other customer-facing technical content current and fit for purpose. Responsible for managing and extending integrated direct marketing campaigns: building contact lists, defining message sets, producing and automating campaign messages and workflows, and analysing performance. You will be accountable for the quantity and quality of leads generated. Responsible for building and maintaining a library of AI tools and workflows that multiply the team's output, such as writing and design engines, research tools, campaign generators and performance analysis. This is expected to be a significant differentiator in the role. Monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign, website and content performance, using the data to improve lead generation, conversion rates, content effectiveness and sales support. Contributing to social media campaigns and to the overall direction of the web presence, with scope to take on more of this responsibility over time. Contributing to product strategy and product management, including analysis of market segments, geographies, pricing, channels and technologies, and developing tactical plans to position the products. On a more occasional basis: major content projects for new products and market initiatives, advanced animated sales presentations and webinar material, and material supporting partner marketing, PR, lobbying, advocacy and events. Working as part of the company's senior team. In the short term, you are likely to become either the strong number two to the marketing lead or the lead yourself. Ideal Background for the Senior Marketing Executive: 3 years+ B2B marketing experience with technical products and or services. Ideally in the IT / Technology market. Demonstrable hands-on use of AI in marketing; not occasional drafting, but specific examples of tools or workflows you have built and what they changed. A fluent copywriter with a solid portfolio, able to quickly absorb a technical proposition and turn it into clear, impactful messaging. Real expertise in one or more of copywriting, graphic design and digital marketing, with solid skills across the wider marketing mix. A proven ability to contribute to marketing strategy, with a track record of measurable campaign success. A rigorous, structured and data-driven approach to complex problems, including drawing well-judged conclusions from market assessments. This is likely, but not necessarily, backed by a strong degree. Highly organised and self-sufficient, bringing your own process and discipline, with a track record of delivering on commitments. A direct, confident communicator, written and verbal, who says what they think, backs it up and can deliver uncomfortable information clearly. A strong team player with the drive, energy and tenacity to thrive in an entrepreneurial SME rather than a large corporate environment. Right to work in the UK without sponsorship. The Company recruiting for the Senior Marketing Executive: A UK-headquartered technology company developing specialist IT products for niche technical markets. Established for over 20 years, with customers in over 150 countries; more than 90% of sales are outside Europe, with the USA a key market. Fully on-site five days a week in central London. This successful financial services firm is growing and looking for a Marketing Manager to join its global team based in London. You will be working with an exceptionally bright, friendly and collaborative group of people in a deliberately non-hierarchical environment. Good ideas are welcomed regardless of who they come from and everyone is encouraged to contribute to the decisions that shape the company's future. Some businesses talk about giving their people a voice; here the culture is built around collaboration in a genuinely refreshing way. For many, the financial services sector conjures up images of either drab, dull offices with drab, dull people wearing drab, dull suits, or excessively and undeservedly over-confident men wearing pin-stripe suits with garish braces talking down to the waiter whilst they drink £500 bottles of wine and surround themselves with mountains of meat their rising blood pressure won't thank them for. Fortunately, neither of these scenarios applies here - this outfit is truly a great place to work and everyone is excellent at what they do and genuinely delightful to be around. You will work closely with an outstanding Marketing Director who brings real strength across brand, creative, content, thought leadership, PR and communications. You will be trusted, supported and given the freedom to make a genuine contribution while working with someone who really knows their stuff. No hovering over your shoulder. No needlessly complicated sign-off process involving seventeen people. Just plenty of opportunity to do excellent work with an excellent team. Successes are celebrated regularly and there are bonuses on top of base salary. The Role - Marketing Manager This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys making things happen and then digging into the data to see whether they worked. You will take ownership of the operational, digital and analytical side of the marketing function. The Marketing Director leads on the creative and strategic elements so this role will suit someone whose strengths complement that expertise. You will bring the structure, digital knowledge and attention to detail that turn ambitious ideas into activity, results and useful insight. It is very much a consultative environment rather than a role where you quietly wait for instructions - here you'll be bringing your own ideas, perspective and expertise to the team. It is a broad role with plenty of variety, visibility and influence. You will work with senior stakeholders across the firm, contribute to wider conversations and help shape how the marketing function develops as the business grows. Key Responsibilities - Marketing Manager Owning regular performance reporting across the website, LinkedIn and wider digital activity Using GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn Analytics and other tools to understand what is working and where improvements can be made Maintaining and improving dashboards, trackers and KPIs Identifying trends and opportunities then turning them into practical recommendations Managing day-to-day CMS updates including news, press coverage, team profiles and supplied content Monitoring website performance, SEO, AI search visibility and user behaviour Implementing agreed website improvements and coordinating technical changes with external suppliers Creating straightforward supporting assets using existing templates and brand guidelines Managing the corporate LinkedIn content calendar, scheduling posts and coordinating internal and agency activity Maintaining marketing calendars, project plans, processes and documentation Improving digital storage and developing more effective processes for creating and managing sales collateral Coordinating agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders Supporting events with attendee information, branding, logistics and collateral Managing marketing assets and supplying approved materials to external partners Identifying relevant awards and accreditations Coordinating information, evidence and stakeholder input for award submissions Keeping actions, approvals, invoices and deadlines firmly under control About You - Marketing Manager You will be an experienced B2B marketer with particular strengths across digital, analytics and marketing operations. You do not need to be a brand strategist, copywriter, designer and data scientist rolled into one suspiciously overworked person. The business already has strong creative and strategic marketing expertise so what it needs is someone who can bring discipline to delivery, confidence with data and a sharp eye for how activity can be improved. You will be comfortable using GA4, Excel and dashboards to make sense of marketing performance. Experience with LinkedIn analytics, organic social reporting, CMS platforms and SEO will also be important and an understanding of how AI is changing search behaviour would be particularly useful. Strong organisation and project management skills are essential as you will be coordinating agencies, suppliers and senior stakeholders while keeping numerous moving parts heading in roughly the same direction. You will also need excellent written English, the confidence to make minor edits to supplied copy and enough familiarity with Canva or similar tools to adapt existing assets when required. Experience within financial or professional services would be useful but is not essential. Curiosity, sound judgement and the ability to get things done will matter more. This is a full-time, office-based position in central London. The firm has deliberately built an in-office culture where people collaborate closely, understand what is happening across the wider business and make decisions quickly. If you want to join a genuinely lovely team, work alongside a brilliant Marketing Director and have a meaningful say in where the business goes next, this is a rare opportunity to do exactly that.
