Our mission is to provide safe, stable environments where young people can build resilience and develop skills for a brighter future. Although we are a growing organisation and continue to open new homes, our expansion has purposely seen a reduction in the total number of places we offer. We also have our own comprehensive education service with local independent schools who can support with educational needs and local offers. We would expect the successful applicant to have the necessary skills to work collaboratively with our partner agencies and contract managers within the local authorities. As service manager you will be the responsible individual of these services and will collaborate closely with the Registered Managers of these homes to ensure the delivery of care to our young people is compliant with regulations, and lead Ofsted inspections. You will need to have experience managing children's services and ideally have previous experience as a responsible individual, however if you are an experienced registered manager with a strong track record looking for that progression to the next step of your career, we absolutely want to hear from you. We are looking for a driven, hardworking, and approachable individual who understands the challenges this role brings but also understands the rewards that are on offer. You will be a commercial and compassionate leader who can demonstrate best practice to your registered managers and provide the support they need to maintain excellent results and continually develop their home.
