You will ensure that support staff within lessons are effectively deployed to maximise engagement and provide timely, focused support tailored to individual needs. A strong emphasis is placed on promoting pupils' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development, enabling them to succeed both within school and beyond. The role also includes responsibilities as a Class Tutor, where you will take an active role in the academic, pastoral and personal development of a group of pupils. You will act as a key point of contact for parents, contribute to pupil reviews, and ensure that registration periods are purposeful and supportive. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership within the classroom, effectively managing and supporting additional staff, including trainees and teaching assistants.
