Implementing and embedding operational plans for your Curriculum Area that drive quality improvement and ensure that staff can flourish and deliver academic excellence in teaching and learning. Work with the Academy Director to develop and deliver the Curriculum Development Plan that will drive curriculum development, quality improvement and develop teaching and learning throughout your curriculum area. Support the development and embed a relevant and innovative curriculum offer that focuses on student progression and destinations.
