This role involves supporting students with a range of additional learning needs, ensuring they are able to fully access the curriculum and engage with their studies. You will work closely with lecturers to provide targeted support during lessons, as well as assisting learners on a one-to-one or small group basis where required. The role requires a proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learners with varying abilities. The successful candidate will contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported, encouraged, and able to succeed.
