Collaborate across disciplines to ensure design integration and performance compliance. Ideal Candidate Experienced in facade engineering with a solid understanding of structural principles. Comfortable taking the lead role in client and internal meetings. Able to balance technical, managerial, and commercial responsibilities. Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and a proactive approach to project challenges. Ability to work independently. Required Qualifications The role requires good practical and technical structural engineering knowledge and experience. A master's degree (MSc) in a relevant Engineering field is essential. A relevant Chartership would be an advantage (IStructE, CIBSE, ICE). The candidate should also have a good knowledge of facade materials, products, manufacturing methods, and construction methods

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead the delivery of building surveying services with a specialism in fire safety and building safety compliance,. You ll manage and mentor a growing team of built environment surveyors while working collaboratively with global fire engineers, façade/structural, and MEP engineers to ensure robust, compliant, and coordinated design and delivery. This role includes close engagement with public and private sector clients, legal professionals, and internal teams to meet the requirements of the Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and support the maintenance of the Golden Thread of building information. Key Responsibilities Lead and undertake complex building surveys, fire safety reviews, and compliance assessments across a range of sectors and building types.
