Park Avenue are working in partnership with a Local Authority client in Hampshire to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to support the management and enhancement of a residential portfolio of circa 3,000 homes. This is a key technical role within the property team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of surveying activities, contract oversight, and asset improvement initiatives across a diverse housing stock. The Role You will play a central part in maintaining and improving property standards, delivering both planned and reactive works while ensuring value for money and regulatory compliance.
