This role is a 12-month contract, with you being in their offices and on site 2-3 times per week. The main vision is to oversee the pre-delivery of a 25m Capital Works programme, focused on maintaining and improving their housing stock. You'll be concentrating on analysing existing data, ensuring it's up-to-date, and completing new Stock Condition Surveys if required.
