Deep knowledge of OpenText Archive Center, Document Access, and Extended ECM. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business Suite, HANA Database, and Archive Server administration. Solid understanding of ArchiveLink architecture, Storage Categories, and foundational ABAP for analysing archiving objects. Ability to run production archiving/ILM jobs, monitor throughput, troubleshoot ArchiveLink RFC/HTTP issues, and perform system health checks. Strong collaboration skills, working closely with BASIS, Security, Business Process teams, vendors, and external partners. Knowledge of GDPR, SOX, HIPAA compliance requirements, including legal holds, defensible deletion, audit trails, and policy documentation. Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: Hands-on experience with SAP SARA configuration, ArchiveLink repositories, storage categories, and early/late archiving setups. Strong troubleshooting across RFC/HTTP Content Server, ArchiveLink queues, and high-volume archiving runs. Familiarity with BW/4HANA NLS/NSE and S/4HANA-specific archiving considerations. Experience with advanced ILM (residence/retention management, legal holds, legacy system decommissioning).
