We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join a software provider who work within the care sector. This company make a real difference that directly effects peoples lives. We are seeking both mid-level and senior Full Stack Developers with PHP, Laravel and Vue.js (or related framework) experience. You will work closely with their existing development and quality assurance teams, and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions within commercial deadlines. They are looking for someone who thrives in a team setting, and is eager to contribute to the success of their projects. Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and code reviews Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Full Stack Developer Required Skills Strong knowledge of the Laravel PHP Framework Strong knowledge of the Vue JS and Nuxt Frameworks (or similar React, Angular etc) Strong knowledge of Git and version control as a whole Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross functional team Desirable Skills Knowledge or familiarity with websockets Knowledge or familiarity with TypeScript Familiarity with code reviews and pair programming You will based full time in the office in Stafford initially while you settle in before moving to a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office. Headquartered in London, they have acquired three UK-based installation companies this year as part of its nationwide expansion strategy. We are looking for a Technical Lead to take complete ownership of our technology ecosystem, including the website, integrations, and core tech stack. This hands-on leadership role will oversee development, optimize infrastructure, and ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems. The ideal candidate is both a skilled developer and a strategic leader, able to mentor team members, drive technical innovation, and align technology initiatives with business objectives. Key responsibilities include enhancing technical operations, cybersecurity, data protection, and quality assurance, as well as auditing and reinforcing the existing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the existing codebase and progressively improve its structure, reliability, and maintainability. Lead development efforts across the platform, addressing infrastructure issues and driving enhancements. Translate business and product goals from senior leadership into clear technical tasks and ensure timely execution by the development team. Mentor and manage developers, oversee their workload, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
