What will I be doing? Design new features across customer journeys and optimise existing experiences to boost visitor engagement and conversion rate Validate designs with actionable data from a range of sources and contribute to style guides and design system Work closely with Editors ensuring content is considered as part of the design process as well as Developers to deliver best possible customer experience Present designs and explain rationale to senior stakeholders across all levels including Senior Leaders, Executives and Directors Work closely with the User Research Lead and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to gather insight Also share and collaborate findings and decisions to the wider team and other impacted business areas to ensure all remain aligned on the journey What do I need?
