Senior Security Technical Program Manager London Position Summary The Senior Technical Program Manager, Physical Security provides regional program leadership for physical security deployments supporting new data center construction, campus expansions, and major technology upgrades. Acting as the primary security program representative, this role ensures security requirements are successfully integrated into project execution while coordinating operational readiness and transition into service. The Physical Security TPM provides governance, stakeholder coordination, customer engagement, and program oversight while partnering closely with Construction, Security Operations, Network Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Security teams. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the regional program manager for physical security deployments. Act as the primary customer-facing security representative throughout project delivery. Coordinate security milestones across Design, Construction, Operations, Networking, Procurement, and Customer Security teams. Ensure customer contractual security requirements are achieved. Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and security deliverables. Coordinate operational readiness and transition from construction into operations. Coordinate temporary compensating controls when required. Maintain project dashboards, reporting metrics, and deployment documentation. Manage project closeout documentation and lessons learned. Success Measures On-time delivery of security milestones. Successful operational turnover of new facilities. Customer acceptance achieved without security-related delays. Preferred Qualifications Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of experience leading complex physical security, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology deployment programs. Experience delivering physical security systems for hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience managing cross-functional programs involving design, construction, networking, operations, procurement, and customer stakeholders. Experience coordinating new site commissioning, operational readiness, and transition to operations. Experience working with security system integrators, engineering consultants, general contractors, and owner representatives.
