Proactiveness and using your initiative will be encouraged. You will manage multiple building surveying instructions simultaneously for a range of key clients. You will need to demonstrate your ability to work within set timelines and provide regular client updates along the journey. Understanding the client brief and delivering on their expectations is fundamental to your success. Clients will lean on your professional advice and support with schedules of dilapidations, pre acquisition surveys, due diligence, development monitoring, defect diagnosis, fire safety advice and schedules of condition reports. Your new role As the Associate Asset and Property Manager you will take responsibility of a team leader and will manage and mentor junior team members. Established over 5 years ago, my client are a well-respected independent, close-knit team who are committed to delivering a quality service for their customers. They are a multi-disciplinary property practice offering diverse service lines including agency, valuation, building surveying, project management. They are actively hiring for their valuation team & will consider all levels of seniority from 2 plus years PQE, Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, Associate Director and Director level. They are a smaller team with larger growth plans so there will likely be scope & further opportunities to be had for the correct persons as the company expands. In terms of workload, around 80% of the work is anticipated to be loan security work, mix of commercial and residential work. Their minimum fee for longer form is £1150 plus Vat.
