Reporting into the Commercial Manager, this role will support the business unit by managing the contractual and financial elements of tenders and projects undertaken within the unit. In addition, the role will include all other activities to enable successful P&L, cash flow and being responsible for the Commercial performance of several frameworks. Providing commercial support and advice to Work Winning and other functions as required. Support the Commercial Manager in preparing the regional management accounts and contributing to Contract Reviews. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Contract management of multiple contracts under NEC3/4, JCT & bespoke contract Proficient in taking off quantities and producing detailed SMM7 Measured Bills using BQ software Measurement and valuations of works for applications, variations and final accounts with both clients and suppliers.
