Our software pays 1 in 6 UK employees, supports over 12,000 schools, and is relied on by 91 of the top 100 UK accountancy firms. We're a Great Place to Work certified employer, recognised for our commitment to well-being, inclusion and development - and we're growing fast. At IRIS, we build software that helps organisations work smarter, save time, stay compliant, and achieve more. Our customers rely on our products every day, and our Customer Success and Renewals teams play a key role in helping them get value, stay engaged, and continue their partnership with us. We're now looking for a Performance Lead - Customer Success & Renewals to help our teams continue moving from a more reactive, ticket-based way of working to a more proactive, outcome-led and commercially confident approach. This is a hands-on coaching and enablement role. You won't be line managing the team. Instead, you'll be visible with our Customer Success Managers and Renewals Specialists, helping people understand what good looks like, improve customer conversations, build confidence, and turn the right behaviours into everyday habits. You'll work closely with managers, leaders, and Learning & Development to help make performance improvement practical, clear, and consistent. Why This Role Matters Great Customer Success is about more than answering queries or closing tickets. It is about understanding what the customer is trying to achieve, helping them get value from our products, spotting risk early, building strong relationships, and supporting retention and renewal. That shift takes coaching, consistency, and reinforcement. That's where you come in. You'll help our teams build the confidence, skills, and commercial awareness needed to have better customer conversations and drive better outcomes. You'll help people understand: what good customer ownership looks like how to move from reactive support to proactive value-led conversations how to spot customer risk and act early how to talk confidently about adoption, value, retention and renewal how to use performance feedback in a constructive way how to build stronger habits around activity, follow-up and customer outcomes Simply put, you'll help make the change happen on the office floor. About the Team You'll Join You'll work across our Customer Success and Renewals teams, supporting colleagues who are focused on helping customers stay engaged, get value from IRIS products, and continue their partnership with us. You'll partner closely with: Customer Success Managers Renewals Specialists Frontline Managers Customer Success Leaders Renewals Leaders Learning & Development Senior Customer Success stakeholders This role is about being close to the team, understanding what is happening day to day, and helping managers and colleagues turn performance goals into practical action. What You'll Be Doing No two weeks will look exactly the same. One day you might be sitting with a Customer Success Manager to review how they approached a customer conversation. The next, you might be helping a Renewals Specialist build confidence around a commercial discussion, supporting a new starter with their ramp plan, or working with a manager to reinforce consistent expectations across their team. You might listen to calls, review CRM activity, look at performance trends, share best practice, or coach someone through how to handle a difficult customer situation. Your focus will include: Coaching Customer Success and Renewals colleagues You'll provide practical, supportive coaching to help people improve their performance, confidence and customer conversations. You'll help colleagues understand what good looks like, where they can improve, and what actions they can take straight away. This could include coaching around customer ownership, renewal conversations, adoption, value, risk, follow-up, objection handling, call quality, activity levels or customer engagement. Helping the team move from ticket-led to outcome-led You'll help reinforce the shift from simply responding to customer requests to taking ownership of customer outcomes. That means encouraging people to think beyond the immediate query and ask: What is the customer trying to achieve? Are they getting value from the product? Is there a risk we need to act on? What action should we take next? How do we support retention and renewal? You'll help make this mindset clear, practical and consistent across the team. Supporting managers You won't be there to replace managers, but you will help them land the message. You'll work with frontline managers to reinforce expectations, share themes, support coaching conversations, and help build consistency across teams. You may support managers with performance check-ins, new starter progress, quality reviews, or practical coaching plans for colleagues who need extra help. Supporting new starters You'll help new colleagues ramp up successfully by giving them practical support, guidance and feedback. You'll work with managers and L&D to understand where new starters are progressing well and where they may need more help. About IRIS IRIS Software Group is one of the UK's largest privately held software companies, trusted by 100,000+ businesses, schools and accountancy firms to keep their operations running. You'll also feed back any common themes that could improve onboarding, training or early-stage support. Using data and insight to guide action You don't need to be a data analyst, but you do need to be comfortable using performance information to spot patterns and focus your coaching. This could include CRM activity, call quality, customer feedback, renewal progress, customer health, activity levels, target progress, new starter ramp, or manager feedback. The key is being able to turn insight into simple, practical action. Sharing best practice You'll help create consistency by spotting what is working well and sharing it across teams. ServiceNow CRM Specialist Hybrid c. £90k
Akkodis City, Manchester
ServiceNow CRM Specialist UK Wide Hybrid Permanent Up to the high 90k + bonus and benefits ServiceNow is making a bigger push into CRM, but there still are not many people who have spent years working across its newer customer products. The hiring manager knows that, so this is less about matching every module and more about finding someone who understands ServiceNow, CRM and how good customer operations should work. I'm working with a large transformation consultancy that wants to build its capability in this area ahead of expected client demand. They need a senior consultant who can sit with a client, understand how their customer services currently operate and help them work out what the future should look like. What You'll Be Doing You'll lead discovery sessions with customer operations, service and technology teams. You'll look at existing customer journeys, processes and systems, identify where services are falling short and turn that into a sensible transformation roadmap and business case. The work could involve customer case management, contact centre processes, field operations, self-service and workflow automation. You'll help shape solutions using either ServiceNow CSM or FSM, depending on the client and your own background. You may also be asked to help clients understand where ServiceNow fits alongside established CRM platforms such as Salesforce. This is not a hands-on development role. The wider consultancy has delivery teams that can handle the detailed implementation. Your job is to make sure the right problem is being solved, the proposed approach makes sense and the client understands the value they should get from it. You'll also support proposals, presentations and early conversations with prospective clients as the consultancy builds its customer workflow offering. What They're Looking For You'll probably come from a ServiceNow consulting, CRM transformation, business architecture or customer operations background. You need a good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ideally experience with CSM or FSM. You do not need both. They are more interested in whether you understand CRM properly. You should be comfortable discussing customer journeys, case management, service operating models and the role technology can play in improving the experience for both customers and service teams. Candidates with a strong Salesforce or wider CRM background will also be considered, but you will still need enough ServiceNow knowledge to speak confidently about the platform and how its workflows could support customer operations. You'll need to be comfortable leading workshops, advising senior stakeholders and turning broad business problems into clear recommendations. Experience developing roadmaps, business cases or client proposals would be useful. ServiceNow certifications would be a bonus, but they are not the main thing the manager will judge you on. Why It's Worth Looking At This is a chance to get involved in an area of ServiceNow that is still taking shape. You will not be stepping into a rigid role or simply repeating the same type of implementation. You'll help decide how the consultancy approaches the market and what its customer workflow offering should look like. It should suit someone who enjoys ServiceNow but wants to spend less time on configuration and more time working with senior clients, shaping programmes and solving business problems. You can be based anywhere in the UK. Travel to one of the consultancy's UK offices will usually be around once a month, with client travel required at key project milestones. If your current title is different but your background covers ServiceNow, CRM and customer transformation, I'd still be keen to speak with you. Translate complex testing outcomes and thematic trends into clear, decision useful reporting for executive leadership and governance forums, providing constructive challenge to stakeholders and tracking the root cause remediation of control deficiencies. Represent the FCC monitoring and testing function during regulatory examinations, internal or external audits, and banking partner reviews, confidently defending testing methodologies and control evidence. If you're ready to do the most ambitious work of your career, join us. Attributes We Value We hire successful builders with founder-like energy who want real impact, accelerated learning, and true ownership. You bring strong role related expertise and sharp thinking, and you're motivated by our mission and operating principles. You move fast with good judgment, dig deep with curiosity, and make decisions from first principles, balancing speed and rigor. You're humble and collaborative; turn zero to one ideas into real products, and you "get stuff done" end to end. You use AI to work smarter and solve problems faster. Here, you'll tackle complex, high visibility problems with exceptional teammates and grow your career as we build the future of global banking. If that sounds like you, let's build what's next. About the Team The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team at Airwallex is a strategically vital function operating under a clear Three Lines of Defence model. As the independent second line, FCC owns the global AML/CTF programme, sanctions framework, risk assessment methodology, and governance infrastructure across all global entities. As Airwallex scales into new markets and deepens its engagement with global regulatory bodies, we are building a world class compliance organization capable of managing complex financial crime risks at scale. This is an environment where you will tackle high impact challenges, shape global fintech risk strategies, and help establish foundations for long term growth. What you'll do As Manager, FCC Monitoring & Testing, EMEA you will shape and scale Airwallex's global financial crime compliance monitoring and testing framework, establishing a rigorous, data driven second line assurance function. You will independently validate the design and operating effectiveness of AML, Sanctions, and KYC/KYB controls across all production environments and establish a monitoring framework and associated metrics to support executive decisioning and ongoing maintenance of program and control operating effectiveness. You will work closely with the broader FCC organization, Product, Engineering, Operations, and regional leadership to turn testing insights into operational accountability, robust remediation, and a defensible compliance posture before global regulators and institutional banking partners. This role covers the APAC region (excluding China and Hong Kong) and is based in Singapore. In this role, you will be a key part of a global team, collaborating closely across regions to drive consistent FCC Monitoring & Testing standards. Responsibilities: Contribute to the strategic development, execution, and continuous evolution of Airwallex's Global FCC Monitoring & Testing Programme, establishing robust, risk based testing methodologies and annual plans for independent second line assurance. Design comprehensive testing frameworks to validate core compliance controls across customer onboarding, periodic reviews, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting workflows, ensuring coverage keeps pace with product and market expansion. Oversee the ongoing FCC monitoring program for APAC (excluding China and Hong Kong), including establishment of KPIs and operating effectiveness metrics. Advance the transition from traditional sample reviews toward continuous, data enabled assurance by leveraging data analytics, system logs, and automated testing scripts to evaluate compliance control performance at the population level. Oversee the independent validation of system encoded controls, including transaction monitoring thresholds, screening logic, and customer risk rating models, ensuring systems function as intended without logic drift or hidden control gaps. Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related quantitative/analytical discipline. CAMS certification or an ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (or equivalent professional credential). 7+ years of experience within FCC quality assurance, compliance monitoring, internal audit, or a related second/third line control function inside a fintech, payments, or highly regulated banking environment. Strong technical knowledge of financial crime controls across transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, customer due diligence, and digital KYC/KYB workflows. Proven mastery of risk based testing methodologies, including scoping, sampling, design and operating effectiveness assessments, issue writing, and remediation validation. A high ownership, pragmatic approach, with excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills to challenge senior partners constructively and drive operational accountability. Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree such as an MBA, Master's in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field. Professional assurance or audit certifications such as CAMS Audit, CISA, or CIA. Strong fintech and platforms experience, including exposure to cloud native, API driven, high growth global environments with significant cross border transaction volume. Strong data literacy, including comfort using SQL, Python, BI dashboards, or automated tools to support continuous control validation and population based testing. Experience partnering directly with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to validate automated rules, model driven controls, and rapid deployments within an agile product lifecycle. Director, GTM & Revenue Operations
Carwow Group
THE CARWOW GROUP Carwow Group is driven by a passion for getting people into cars. But not just any car, the right car. That's why we are building the go-to destination for car changing, whether you are looking to buy, sell or lease. Designed to reach drivers everywhere with our trail blazing portfolio of personality rich automotive brands; Carwow, Auto Express, evo, Driving Electric and Car Buyer. What started as a simple reviews site, is now one of the largest online car changing destinations in Europe. Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service. Over 10m customers have used Carwow to help them buy and sell cars since its inception. In 2024 we went big and acquired Autavia, doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with over 1.1 billion annual views, sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350 million. We are winners of the prestigious Culture 100 award that recognises the most loved and happiest tech companies to work for! We have just raised $52m in funding led by global venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners (an early backer of LinkedIn and Shopify) to accelerate our growth plans! As pioneers, we're always driving for new territory and positive change, so our work as a group is never done. Where others see difficulty, it's our responsibility to see possibility - building new experiences, launching new titles and listening to drivers. Being a part of Carwow Group means championing drivers and the automotive industry, acting as a disrupter and never being afraid to fail (but learning fast when we do!). Our team of 600 employees across the UK, Germany, Spain and Portugal are revolutionising car changing and we are fast expanding our mission across every single brand and country we operate in, so jump in! WHY JOIN US? THE ROLE This is a director role running the operating engine behind our commercial teams. Carwow sells cars in two ways: Sell My Car, where drivers sell their car to dealers, and Get Your Car, where they buy or lease their next one. As Director, GTM & Revenue Operations you own the operating model those commercial teams run on: the go-to-market process, the enablement and quality that get people productive, the systems they work in (Salesforce and the wider commercial tech stack), the analytics that forecast the commercial number, and the programme management that lands cross functional change. The function covers five areas: GTM Operations, Sales Enablement, Tooling & Platform, Rev Ops Analytics and Program Management. You report to the VP, Marketplace Operations and sit close to both the numbers and the commercial teams you serve. You make the commercial motion work; the commercial teams own the selling and the relationships. This is a builder's role as much as a running one. You inherit a team of three (programme management, sales enablement and platform) and a clear mandate to grow the function to what the business needs. Shaping and hiring that team, and making the case for it, is central to the job. The commercial org has recently brought its Sell My Car and Get Your Car teams into a single account management function serving one dealer network, so you'll run one operating model across both products (a unified Salesforce, aligned targets and comp, consistent enablement and quality) and get the last of that integration to steady state. The function has already moved real numbers here, reworking the sales process, standing up sales engagement tooling and sharpening enablement, and your job is to take that further. You own the operating model, process, enablement, the systems requirement and the forecast. The commercial organisation owns the relationships, the selling and delivery against the number. You design the targets, compensation and territory structures with commercial leadership and you shape decisions through the strength of the operating case. In your first year, success looks like a forecast that's trusted and accurate, new hires productive faster, a consistent quality bar across the combined team, and the platform and process the org runs on every day. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own GTM operations: define the go to market playbook, pipeline and commercial process across both marketplaces, and, with commercial leadership, design the targets, compensation and territory / account structures that tie individual attainment to the business outcome. Own capacity and headcount planning with Workforce Management. Own sales enablement and quality: build the onboarding and ramp to productivity structures, a standard readiness sign off, org wide QA and calibration, and ongoing L&D for both individual contributors and leaders, so new hires get productive faster and quality holds across the organisation. Own the requirements for the commercial systems and tooling: direct Salesforce as the commercial system of record, owning the process and workflow design, prioritisation and the roadmap to bring the whole commercial org onto one platform, plus the sales engagement and automation tooling (e.g. Groove), AI assisted workflows and the performance dashboards the teams run on. You own the requirement and how the commercial org runs on the platform; the platform itself, its build and administration, sits with the tech org, who you partner with and direct. Own revenue operations analytics and forecasting: produce a forward looking commercial forecast that feeds trading and reconciles to Finance's P&L view, own the operational reporting that diagnoses what the volume and operational teams are driving into the number, and provide the evidence base behind comp and performance decisions. You own the operational read and set the requirement; you partner with Finance and the central analytics and data teams, who own the build. Own program management: run the commercial PMO, from end to end discovery and sizing of new initiatives through governance (charters, RACI, risk and impact), so cross functional commercial programmes land on time with clear ownership. Build the function: shape and hire the team the function needs across the five areas, from a starting base of three, and make the case for the investment. Run the combined Sell My Car and Get Your Car commercial operation as one, a single dealer view, one operating model, and consistent process across both products. Get more out of the team with AI and automation: mature how the commercial org operates with AI first tooling and automation, so manual workflows disappear and the org gets the answer without a person in the loop. Feed the operating rhythm: own the commercial motion input into the weekly operating cadence and the read up to Finance, trading and the CEO, with a clean, leadership ready view of where the pipeline sits and where it is heading. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Please note: We know that no candidate will be a perfect match for everything here, so please apply if you're close to the brief. If you meet most of the essentials, we'd like to hear from you. The essentials: A track record of leading a revenue operations, commercial operations or GTM operations function at scale, in a marketplace, growth or B2B sales context Breadth across the operating model: you've owned, or closely partnered on, most of GTM process, enablement, commercial systems and analytics, and you understand how they fit together Strong CRM fluency with Salesforce as a system of record: you can set the requirements, shape the data model and process, and direct a platform team, not just keep it clean Commercial process and incentive design: targets, compensation, territory and capacity planning tied to business outcomes A people leader and builder: you've grown a multi disciplinary team from a small base, hired well, and set a clear bar Analytical and data fluent: comfortable in a forecast and a pipeline model, and drawing honest conclusions from the numbers How you'll work (we'll explore these in interview): Fluent and curious with AI: you use it to work faster and help a team adopt it Comfortable running a cross functional PMO, with charters, RACI and clear risk management Credible with senior stakeholders: you make a well evidenced case and hold it under challenge, and you influence across teams you don't own Self directed: you turn an ambiguous problem into a plan, with a bias for action Intellectually honest: you surface the hard truth early rather than the comfortable answer late Nice to have: Hands on Salesforce administration or architecture (certification a plus), CPQ, and sales engagement / revenue intelligence tooling (e.g. Groove, Outreach) SQL / data warehouse fluency Marketplace, two sided platform or automotive experience Process improvement or operational excellence training (e.g. Lean Six Sigma), especially paired with a commercial background INTERVIEW PROCESS Phone screen with a member of the Talent Team First round interview with the hiring manager focussed on prior experience Second round made up of a case study presentation on a revenue operations problem (we'll send the brief in advance and give you time to prepare) Situational/company values interview with senior members of the leadership team Final round interview with a member of the Exec team We want everyone to do their best thinking, so if you'd like any adjustments to the process, just let us know.
