The Job An Estimator/Quantity Surveyor is required in Solihull. Due to a growing order book and an ever increasing volume of opportunities, an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor is required to join a great team. Job Responsibilities As an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor your responsibilities will include valuations, contract paperwork, dealing with the legal side and dealing with sub contractors. Your job will also include dealing with programmes and accounts. As an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor you will be dealing with all types of projects including industrial and commercial fit outs, schools, refurbishments, prisons, court buildings, new build works and more. The typical project value is anything from £50k to £10m.
