Our Watford office is expanding, and we are looking to bring in experienced Recruitment Consultants who are capable of opening new business and building a successful temp desk , with a focus on the Industrial sector, covering both temporary and permanent recruitment. The Role This is a 360 recruitment role suited to someone who is not only experienced in recruitment but also passionate about growing new business and building their own temp desk . You will be responsible for: Opening new business and developing new client relationships Growing and managing your own temp desk (with the option of expanding into perm as well) Placing high-quality candidates into Industrial roles Managing and nurturing client accounts to maximise revenue Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline Developing and executing a strategy to grow your desk from scratch You ll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, with full support behind you.
