Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Registered Manager or senior care home leader. Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration. Experience managing a nursing home regulated by the CQC. Strong knowledge of care sector legislation, governance and compliance requirements. Track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes. Excellent leadership, workforce management and communication skills. Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy levels. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nurse leader to join the senior management team of a successful 58-bed nursing home, supporting the delivery of outstanding care and clinical excellence.
