This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to manage the day to day operation while playing a central part in developing breeding, farrowing and piglet production on site. The successful candidate will have a hands on approach and will work closely with ownership and professional advisors throughout the transition phase, ensuring high standards of welfare, performance and operational efficiency.
