The home is 40+-bed residential home that provides care for older adults, including those with low to medium-level dementia. With a stable and well-staffed team, the company prides itself on delivering compassionate and dignified care. As a Registered Manager, you will: Lead and develop a dedicated care team. Maintain high standards of care, safety, and compliance. Foster excellent relationships with residents, families, and external agencies. Implement continuous improvement across all aspects of the home. Uphold the company's values and positive culture. About You The ideal Registered Manager will be: An experienced manager in an elderly residential or nursing home, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up. Qualified to NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent). Experienced in elderly care, not solely in Learning Disabilities or Domiciliary Care. Confident, organised, and able to lead with warmth and professionalism. Passionate about delivering high standards of person-centred care.
