MoEngage Inc.
About MoEngage MoEngage is an insights led customer engagement platform trusted by 1,350+ global consumer brands, including McAfee, Flipkart, Domino's, Nestle, Deutsche Telekom, and OYO. MoEngage combines data from multiple sources to help brands gain a 360 degree view of their customers. MoEngage Analytics arms marketers and product owners with insights into customer behavior. Brands can leverage MoEngage Personalize to orchestrate journeys and build 1:1 conversations across the website, mobile, email, social, and messaging channels. MoEngage Inform, the transactional messaging infrastructure, helps unify promotional and transactional communication to a single platform for better insights and lower costs. MoEngage AI Suite helps marketers develop winning copies and creatives, optimize campaigns and channels that boost engagement, and help with faster execution. For over a decade, consumer brands in 60+ countries have been using MoEngage to power digital experiences for over a billion monthly customers. With offices in 15 countries, MoEngage is backed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, B Capital, Steadview Capital, Multiples Private Equity, Eight Roads, F Prime Capital, Matrix Partners, Ventureast, and Helion Ventures. MoEngage was named a Contender in The Forrester Wave : Real Time Interaction Management, Q1 2024 report, and Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave 2023 report. MoEngage was also featured as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Omni Channel Marketing Platforms for B2C Enterprises 2023. About the role You will join our established Solutions Consulting team based out of London and take ownership of MoEngage's largest and most technically demanding evaluations across the UK and DACH. At this level, the job is equal parts art and science. The art is value selling at an enterprise scale: reading a complex account well enough to find value they have not yet articulated for themselves, whether that is buried in a legacy system, spread across regional entities, or hiding in a process nobody has questioned in years, and building a case that gets a room full of stakeholders to agree on what matters. The science is walking that same room through exactly how MoEngage's platform and its AI decisioning engine deliver on that value, down to the architecture and the mechanics, not just the promise of it. This role sits close to Sales leadership on the region's most important opportunities and is expected to set the bar for how MoEngage runs a technical sales process at the enterprise level. Roles & Responsibilities: Own the end to end technical strategy for MoEngage's largest and most complex enterprise evaluations across the UK and DACH. Identify and build a value case around what a prospect has not yet recognized in their own data, systems, or customer journeys, particularly in accounts with legacy infrastructure or ownership spread across regional entities. Lead discovery and solution design for prospects with complicated environments: legacy core systems, multiple regional entities, and strict compliance requirements. Walk enterprise stakeholders from that value case into the specific technical mechanics that deliver it, showing exactly how MoEngage's core capabilities and AI decisioning engine work, at a level of detail that holds up under scrutiny. Design and lead technical validations, proof of concepts, and security or compliance reviews, including topics like data residency, GDPR, and infrastructure architecture. Act as an informal mentor to other Solutions Consultants: pair with them on complex deals, review demo narratives, and share what is working in discovery and objection handling. Partner closely with Sales leadership on account strategy and deal planning for the region's top opportunities. Build reusable, enterprise grade assets such as reference architectures, competitive positioning, and RFP response frameworks. Represent MoEngage in senior and executive level conversations, workshops, and industry events across the UK and DACH. Bring structured feedback from top tier deals back to Product. Requirements: 8 or more years in pre sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or a related role, with a track record of leading complex, multi stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. Strong at value selling. You can find and articulate business value a prospect has not named themselves, and build it into a case that lands with stakeholders from IT to the C suite. Equally strong at walking that value case back into technical proof: exactly how MoEngage's architecture and decisioning engine deliver on what you have promised, defensible in front of an enterprise security or engineering team. Deep comfort with enterprise technical topics: integration patterns like REST, SFTP, and system to system, data architecture, and security frameworks such as GDPR and SSO. Experience navigating RFPs for regulated or complex enterprise buyers, for example financial services, hospitality, retail, or telecom. Strong executive presence. You are comfortable presenting to VP and C level stakeholders and can lead a multi week evaluation process without losing the thread. Existing right to work in the UK. Willingness to travel across the UK and DACH region and to company events. Direct competitive experience against Braze, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys, or Bloomreach. Deep familiarity with AI first architecture: event driven pipelines, real time feature stores, model serving infrastructure, and how a decisioning engine integrates with a broader customer data and identity stack. Strong grasp of client side integration nuances: mobile and web SDKs, push notification frameworks, webhooks, and REST or GraphQL APIs, including how they hold up under enterprise scale and multi region deployments. German language proficiency. Not required, but useful for DACH market conversations. Experience with AI agents or workflow automation platforms and how they fit into a broader enterprise engagement architecture. A track record of informally mentoring or supporting junior pre sales colleagues, even without formal management responsibility. At MoEngage, we respect and value differences. We believe that when people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives collaborate, we create the most value - for our clients, our employees, and society. We embrace diversity and uphold a strong set of values. We are committed to inclusivity and take pride in providing equal opportunities for success and growth. Employment at MoEngage is based solely on professional competence, skills, and experience. We stand firmly against all forms of discrimination and support equal rights and opportunities regardless of gender, ethnicity, abilities, age, identity, orientation or expression, marital status (including pregnancy), religion and beliefs, or any other status protected by law.
