This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of S2C and CLM processes, driving efficiency, system optimisation, and user-focused solutions across high-profile programmes. Key Responsibilities Own and optimise S2C and CLM processes, ensuring global consistency, efficiency, and alignment with organisational objectives. Lead process design, configuration, and optimisation of platforms such as Jaggaer (highly desirable). Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Procurement, Systems, Data, Change/Comms - to deliver impactful solutions. Conduct and analyse user research and usability testing, applying UX and user-centred design principles. Define, monitor, and report KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and compliance. Provide practical contract management expertise, including NEC3/4 contracts, PA23 frameworks, and CCS frameworks. Support transformation programmes with content strategies, guided journeys, and knowledge management initiatives. About You 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Process Lead in transformation programmes, ideally with exposure to digital or SaaS systems. Deep understanding of S2C and CLM processes, contract management, and UX/user-centred design. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence across all levels of the organisation. Experience in construction, infrastructure, public sector, or defence environments is highly advantageous. Knowledge of platforms such as Jaggaer or KahootZ / SharePoint is desirable.
