In this 3rd line role, you will troubleshoot complex issues, assist internal teams, and contribute to global IT projects. Many of the lower-level support tasks are undertaken by the managed service provider. This role is therefore a projects driven post, with support thrown in. When supporting, you will work with Windows 10/11, Server (), Linux, Microsoft 365, networking (firewalls, switches, WAP), and more. Expertise in Active Directory, VPNs, Virtualisation, security tools, ITIL is essential. You may also have Cyber Essentials. With 5+ years in IT support, certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL, VMware, or Microsoft 365 are a plus but not a prerequisite. This is an office-based role split between Bridlington and Driffield, although there may be the opportunity to work to a hybrid pattern later down the line.
