Role Purpose: Responsible for the safe execution of concurrent projects for various Rolls -Royce sites. Support where required the mandatory reporting of KPI's, Good Catches/Near Misses (GC/NM), accidents and incidents are carried out as per Integral and Rolls Royce procedures. To ensure our suppliers, sub-contractors and direct workforce follow company policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Engineering standards. Carry out regular toolbox talks, daily activity briefings with Rolls Royce & sub-contractors. Maintain accurate records of works done and expenditure reporting this information to the project manager where applicable. Liaise with the project manager to order general materials as required to complete the project. Co-ordinate all activities on site, issue permits in compliance with CDM and CSO6 Liaise with the Rolls Royce Project Manager to ensure that the works are delivered in accordance with the workbook. To ensure works are carried out to high standard complying with relevant British Standards, codes of practice and Rolls Royce Standards and are completed snag and defect free. What we will need from you Proven and demonstrable experience in the role of a supervisor/ site manager (essential).
