Role Overview As the SENCo Teacher , you will play a pivotal role in driving the school's mission to provide exceptional support for students with diverse learning needs. You'll coordinate SEN provision, working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCo) preferred. The role: You will be providing 1:1 specialist support to pupils in both key stage 3 and 4 who need help overcoming barriers to learning, where behaviour and attendance issues are a cause for concern. You will be reporting the schools SENCO/ Inclusion Lead providing detailed daily feedback and learning progress reports.
