This is a full time role until July 2026 with the view of a permanent contract being offered before September 2026 for the right candidate. This SEMH Teaching Assistant role involves working closely with students in KS1 & KS2 that have social, emotional and mental health needs. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be required to offer 1:1 support and meet the students educational and individual needs. The ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant will have excellent behaviour management and have the ability to work well with children in KS1 & KS2. Located in the heart of Havering London, this primary school has fantastic facilities and resources available to both staff and students. You will have access to a number of bus routes and is local to two stations, which are serviced by the District & Elizabeth line. There is also a staff car park for those who drive.
