Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Initial 3 month salary guarantee of £2,850 (equivalent to £34,200) with potential for the salary guarantee to be extended by another month if you are hardworking and showing good intent but your pipeline is slow coming through. Thereafter on offer is a £17,500 basic salary plus 5% personal commission.
