Manage hardware lifecycle, asset registers, and supplier performance. Provide expert technical support, user guidance, and escalation handling. Support audits, maintain documentation, and contribute to IT budgets and strategy. You'll work closely with the Corporate Services team, Office Manager and Ops Director in a collaborative, flat-hierarchy environment. What you'll need: Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud environments, networking and cyber security. Experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and identity/access management. Proven track record in information security, vulnerability management, and third-party supplier coordination. Good understanding of GDPR and data protection (Data Protection Lead qualification desirable although full training will be provided). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. Experience working with implementation or management / maintenance of SharePoint would be beneficial. Cyber Essentials / ISO 27001 knowledge is a big plus.
