This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants consistent, school-based experience, rather than short-term or day-to-day supply work. Key Responsibilities Support pupils during lessons across a range of subjects Deliver 1:1 and small-group support to reinforce learning Assist teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management Promote focus, confidence, and positive behaviour Help create a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Who We're Looking For Experience working with young people (school, youth work, mentoring, coaching, care, etc.) Patient, reliable, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Interest in long-term work in education Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) Why Apply?
