Secondary Supply Teacher Daily Rate: £130 - £160 Location: Surrey and West Sussex Job Type: Temporary We are seeking a Secondary Supply Teacher to cover school absences across Surrey and West Sussex. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and ready to step in on short notice to ensure that students continue to receive high-quality education even in the absence of their regular teacher. Day-to-day of the role: Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects to secondary school students. Adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of individual classes. Maintaining classroom discipline and overseeing student behaviour. Following the school's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. Providing feedback on student performance and any significant incidents to the regular teaching staff and school administration. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK. Experience teaching in secondary schools. Strong classroom management skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
