Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification, degree is a minimum. A degree in a relevant science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics). Previous experience teaching science at Key Stages 3 and 4; experience with Key Stage 5 is desirable. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
