Key Responsibilities Provide functional support across SAP SuccessFactors modules Troubleshoot system issues and manage incident resolution Investigate root causes and implement long-term solutions Support testing activities for system changes and enhancements Work with third-party partners to resolve technical and functional issues Assist with system improvements, configuration changes and process optimisation Produce and maintain system documentation and knowledge articles Support business users through effective stakeholder engagement Skills & Experience Previous experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors environments Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities Experience working with HR stakeholders and end users Understanding of SuccessFactors processes and best practices Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with external support partners or system integrators would be advantageous Benefits Competitive salary 20% employer pension contribution 27 days annual leave plus statutory holidays Fully remote working Opportunity to contribute to an established HR technology landscape Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
