You will ideally have: 2-3 years+ Estate Agency experience (Valuer / Lister / Senior Negotiator level) Strong local market knowledge Proven track record in winning instructions Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills A proactive, driven, and ambitious mindset A full UK driving licence
