They are a prominent presence in the Cardiff student rental market and have more recently expanded into the executive sector. Due to increased demand, they are seeking a Housing Officer to join their busy Cardiff Bay branch, reporting directly to the Housing Manager. This is a varied, fast-paced role that requires strong organisation, communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year's property management experience and be confident liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues. An immediate start is available.
