Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service is consistently delivered. Take a hands-on approach to supporting trade counter sales and resolving customer queries. Oversee daily operations including sales processing, customer account management, and general administration. Ensure effective stock control, ordering, and replenishment. Work closely with other branches, warehouse teams, operations, and sales departments to maintain efficient workflow. What you'll need for this role: Experience working within the engineering industry. Previous management or supervisory experience within a trade counter or retail environment. Demonstrated ability in managing and controlling stock effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Hands on and flexible approach to work.
