We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the distribution of sales within the North of England and Scotland. Our client, a leading manufacturer within their field, will be looking for the right candidate to join their successful Sales team, to develop and execute sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. An engineering product sales background is preferred, but full product training is provided. The main strength would be the experience and connections to sell to distribution centres as well as End Users and to OEMs. The main responsibilities would be to open and develop strong working relationships with new and existing customers. Full support from Product Specialists and the various engineering departments within the business will be at hand. Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets. Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Fully remote with sales meetings in person and online with the team; salary range would be dependent on experience; include company car, laptop and mobile equipment etc; realistic bonus scheme to achieve up to 20% of annual salary. As a Partner Success Specialist, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships between sports clubs and Playtomic. Create long-term relationships with our top partners through proactive and regular communication, supporting clubs in everything they need and building engagement to, and maximum benefit from our platform. This includes weekly and monthly business reviews and face-to-face meetings. Improve the operational performance of our partners, making sure we always deliver the best service to our partners while increasing Playtomic's revenue. Have a deep knowledge of our platform and always be up-to-date with the new releases our product team announces. Onboard new partners to our platform by providing them with all the information and tools they need to start working. Identify clubs at risk of churn, analyze the needs of churned and inactive partners in order to avoid churn and build an action plan for reactivation proactively. Identify new partner opportunities by actively tracking the market and engaging with prospects. This position requires occasional travel to visit clubs, estimated at 20% of the total working time.
