The Company: Excellent opportunity to work with a fast growing company. Rapid development with double-digit growth in each of the last 3 years. Excellent market leading products. Opportunities for progression within the company with five internal promotions within the last 4 years. The Role: Sales of all hospital products in designated niche therapy area's: ENT, SLT, Gynaecology & Forensic. Mostly stack systems such as imaging equipment, panel equipment, microscopes, endoscopes, light sources, cameras, etc. Stacks can cost £50k-£100k and projects can take 6-24 months. Top selling product is XION which they have taken from zero to £3million accounting for most of their revenue. 80% into the NHS. The rest is into private hospitals some primary care and some SARC's (Sexual Assult Research Clinic's). Selling to clinicians, consultants, procurement etc..... Very realistic year 1 target. CRM system is Salesforce so will have list of accounts with contact. New role as they have never had someone in Scotland. Been more reactive and think the potential in the Scotland region is huge!! Small amount of basic service visits to support the Engineer who is based in the North. Reporting to the National Sales Manager. The Ideal Person: Option 1 - Field Service Engineer from a Medical Equipment background that is commercial/understand sales/wants to make the move into sales. Option 2 - 2 years' sales (Ideally medical but not a must). Smart, well educated. Able to pick up technology and understand technology. (MUST HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD!!]. Option 3 - Medical Capital Equipment Sales background. Wants people that will get on with the job. Knock on doors, make things happen. The ability to do demo's/trails. Understand how to get in front of the decision maker. Good personality. Well presented. Likeable. Tech Savvy. Consultant: Izzy Mills Email: Tel no.
