Manage and develop a small team of finance professionals, providing coaching and support to build capability and drive performance. Key Skills and Attributes: Previous experience in a senior commercial finance role, influencing and partnering with senior leaders. Proven experience business partnering in a service-led industry and familiarity with key metrics including utilisation, recovery and client profitability analysis. Excellent communication abilities, including the ability to explain complex financial matters to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and compelling way. Ability to interpret large amounts of data in a logical, structured manner and translate data into actionable commercial insights.
