It's collaborative, fast-paced and product focused, with the kind of roadmap that gives good engineers plenty to get their teeth into. This is a team that values people who think for themselves, bring ideas, and care about building things properly. What you'll bring You'll need strong commercial experience with TypeScript and AWS, plus solid infrastructure as code capability. If you've worked with AWS CDK and microservice architecture, even better. You've probably already operated as a senior engineer, lead developer or tech lead in a modern product environment, and you'll be comfortable giving technical direction, supporting other developers and raising the bar without becoming a blocker. You do not need to be the loudest person in the room. But you do need enough technical credibility to earn trust, enough judgement to make good calls, and enough maturity to help others improve around you. This will suit someone who still enjoys being hands-on, but wants more ownership, more influence and more scope to shape how the team works. It probably won't suit someone who wants a fully remote role, or someone who wants leadership in title only without the technical depth underneath it. Interested?
