What We're Looking For Essential: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Previous experience managing a residential care setting, ideally supporting individuals with learning disabilities.Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.Proven leadership, financial and operational management skills.
