The PTx Precision Farming Manager (m/f/d) is a key role in the PTx organization to drive the adoption of technology for dealers and farmers. Your Impact: You drive the adoption of PTx precision farming technologies across all equipment in your territory through dealer sales support and product training. You champion technology growth by delivering expert training and consultations to dealers on best-fit PTx solutions You provide strategic feedback to internal sales and product teams to inform development and strategy You develop dealer network capabilities in precision farming to boost equipment market share and customer satisfaction. You support dealers in farmer interactions and deal closures to enhance brand reputation and retail success You lead sales pipeline activities by coaching dealer teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups You represent the company at meetings, field days, farm shows, and marketing events to promote our technology and its benefits while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards Your Experience and Qualification: Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business, or a related field with agricultural experience, or equivalent practical experience At least 3 years of sales management experience with a strong track record in driving growth and managing dealer or distributor relationships Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, and a high willingness to travel within the assigned region and beyond Deep understanding of the agricultural market, its dynamics, and dealer business models, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts strategically Background in the agricultural industry / precision farming technology or hands on farming experience is preferred 26 days annual leave + additional privileged leave and ability to buy up to 5 days annual leave.
